Open the Bounce Window
Go to File > Bounce > Project or Section, or press Command-B on your keyboard. This opens the Bounce dialog box where you configure your output settings.
Select File Formats
Select 'PCM' for a high-quality WAV file or 'MP3' for a smaller, compressed file. You can select both simultaneously to export two versions at once.
Configure WAV Settings
For WAV (PCM), set the Resolution to 24-bit and the Sample Rate to match your project (usually 44.1 kHz). Ensure 'Dithering' is set to 'None' unless you are downsampling.
Set MP3 Quality and Export
For MP3, set the Bit Rate to 320 kbps for the best possible audio quality. Click 'OK,' name your file, and choose the destination folder to finish the export.
Common mistakes
